Time required in processing a Mortgage Application varies but in general is a quick and painless process. You are welcome to fill in the first page and submit it to us – following that, we will be in touch with you.
You are also welcome to fill in the entire form and submit it all to us. Either way, it shouldn’t take you more than 15 minutes and we will take care of the rest!
Following your submission of the application in part or whole, I will call you as soon as possible to answer your questions, ask a few of my own, confirm information and of course, obtain your verbal approval before proceeding with a credit check.
Following this introduction the transmission of information will happen very quickly and we should have an answer within 24 – 48 hours.
To begin the process and fill out the form, please prepare:
• Personal Information
• Property details for your current home and property of interest (if applicable)
• Employment Information
• Basic details of what you own (Assets)
Do NOT include:
• Your SIN number – we will collect this personally from you.
